Dinette Triple Crown is our Nuda feature for this grey and gloomy Saturday.
We recently sat down and chatted with Nicole, chef and co-owner of Dinette Triple Crown to discuss Mac&Cheese Week, and get to know a bit more about her restaurant.
Dinette Triple crown brings a southern-style dinning experience to the city of Montreal. Fried chicken and brisket are staple items to their menu, and we feel these elements compliment the existing lineup of #MacWeekMTL participants rather nicely. Think – Southern U.S and Louisiana, the kind of joint that Frank Underwood would approve of.
It’s a great way to bring awareness to some amazing
restaurants in the city.– Nicole
This mac would be a one man band, playing the best instruments in town. The DTC mac is made of 4 year aged quebec cheddar, pasta, yummy sauce, bread crumbs, topped with green onion.
Tune in this evening to their live Twitter Q&A at 9pm. Tweet Dinette Triple Crown using their @latriplecrown Twitter handle and or course, be sure to use the #MacWeekMTL hashtag.
