Got the munchies but you’re on a tight budget? Well today you’re in luck! Your favourite Plateau restaurant just turned 1 over this past weekend. L’Gros Luxe is welcoming guests to indulge in $1 meals and appetizers today as of 4:20pm this afternoon.
We know, this couldn’t be more perfect, could it?
The 4/20 birthday combo will generate high volumes of customers, but the staff will manage time limits per table to ensure that everyone gets a ‘turn’. The time limit for tables of two will last 30 minutes, and groups will be able to sit and enjoy the dollar deals for 45 minutes.
Kale salad, fried pickles, tacos, fried cookie dough dessert and their signature tater tots poutine will all be available for one dollar per dish. Come early, arrive happy and celebrate with the gang at 3807 rue. Saint-André.
Since L’Gros Luxe opened up shop in the Plateau, they continue to grow throughout the city. Within it’s first year of operation, L’Gros Luxe owner Alex Bastide has opened up 2 more locations (LGL Mile End and most recently, Vieux-Longueuil), and recently announced the opening of a fourth restaurant in the St.Henri area. The winners of Mac&Cheese Week have impressed Montrealers with their tasty and affordable menu, and have generated a massive following of nearly 25,000 on Facebook since opening in April of 2014.
