Today’s Nuda feature is Pierre et Pierre! We interviewed two of the owners of Pierre et Pierre, Kevin and Julie and got the 411 on their modern-rustic establishment and of course, discussed all things mac&cheese.
The speakeasy-esque restaurant and bar highlights all of the things that we love about Montreal’s culinary hotspots. They have an affordable menu with some of the most creative meals we have discovered in the plateau area.
Julie is a graduate of gastronomic sciences and has studied in Polenzo Italy, so we put our hungry needs in her hands – without hesitation. The menu is a reflection of the international trips that Julie has taken over the last several years, particularly while she was away studying to become an über amazing chef. She likes to cook in a more “global” way, to make the Pierre et Pierre menu more culturally inclusive.
Their mac is very wintery. Heavy but soft and moist. Oh, yes please.

Also, the fact that Mac&Cheese Week has a lady chef participating, is pretty badass! Nudabite is a big fan.
